This is a special property insurance policy designed for corporate clients who desire a comprehensive insurance package to cover as many insurable risks as possible. The policy also fulfils the requirement of the Insurance Act, 2021 (Act 1061) Section 218 & 219, which mandates all commercial buildings to be insured against collapse, fire, earthquake, windstorm, and flood.

This insurance policy provides coverage for unexpected, unforeseen, and accidental physical loss or damage to the Insured’s property caused by external, visible, and violent forces during the policy period. The coverage includes perils such as fire, lightning, flood, theft, malicious damage, earthquakes, riots, strikes, burst pipes, impacts, and more, unless specifically excluded. The policy is only limited by the exclusions outlined within it. It covers both real and personal property of all types, including, but not limited to, buildings, machinery, equipment, plant, and various types of stock.
